Accommodation at The Haven
The bungalow was bequeathed to Seaton & District Hospital League of Friends in 2009 by a grateful benefactor, Miss Doris South, a lady who was cared for so kindly and gently by staff at Seaton Hospital and by the District Nurses.
The Haven has been let to carers and the friends or family of local people for many years. It has allowed people to relax in a peaceful setting and yet is less than a 5-minute drive to the town centre and beach. Seaton is centrally located along the Jurassic Coast and is an ideal location for exploring England’s only natural World Heritage site and the varied attractions of East Devon and neighbouring Dorset.
It has two twin bedrooms, a spacious lounge, a dining area, fitted kitchen with a fridge, washing machine and separate freezer and microwave. The bathroom has an over-the-bath shower. There is off road parking and gardens back and front with a glimpse of the sea. Wi-fi is also provided.
The Haven is available for weekly lets between Easter and September. The rate is between £588 and £670 for a week depending on season with reductions available for carers and friends or family of local people.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets or wheelchairs.
